Defence General Management Programme (DGMP)
A six-month residential general management programme at the Lucknow campus, conducted with the Directorate General Resettlement, that equips Armed Forces officers for their second innings in industry.
Who should attend
Officers of the Indian Armed Forces preparing for their transition to leadership careers in the corporate sector, nominated through the Directorate General Resettlement, Ministry of Defence.

The IIM Lucknow classroom
Sessions are anchored in the case method and taught by IIM Lucknow faculty, with business simulations, group work and peer learning drawing on the experience in the room. Participants who complete the programme receive an IIM Lucknow certificate and become eligible for Executive Alumni benefits.
